Ms. Linda J. Pigue, MHA,CBCS- Executive Director and Founder

In 2017, Founded Children and Family Comprehensive Health Outreach (CFCHO), birth from a continual discovering of a growing need to help those not in the position to help themselves. Linda has more than five years of experience in non-profit management to disadvantage populations in Chicago, Illinois. Her passion emanated from a personal desire that has led her to help individuals and families plague by violence, substance abuse, mental health, criminal in-justices and the challenges of homelessness.

Linda has been a community advocate for more than 10 years, mainly in Chicagoland area. Always driven with a passion to help others since 2002, while attending Malcolm X College, preparing to qualify to become a Physician Assistant, which was redirected due to personal reasons. Nevertheless, her advocacy continues in a different path with the same fervor to help the underprivileged by being a mentor at several Chicago Public Schools; volunteered at numerous non-profit organizations to educate the underprivileged of the importance of credit-worth, becoming a homeowner, business development, financial stability and training. She believes self-reliance is the ingredient to acquire some form of functionality in society; hence shaped by her passion and belief in social rights for all. To her credit, she has bestowed several certificates and recognition from Riis High-school, Phi Theta Kappa, and Whose who Book to say the least.

Dr. Shawna Coston, Ph.D, Medical Director—

Executive Medical Director,  Nurse Administration & Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) in progress for professional related medical field diversity and medical laboratory and healthcare practice structuring and emphasis on exceptional individual at health care administration and health service management solutions.Her Professional Medical Agency ensures necessary training and needs are structured to completely establish a new innovative pathways enabling  home care services at a much faster pace. Dr. Coston has more than 15 years of volunteer experience Social Entrepreneur and Public Administration. This is not a exhausted list of Dr. Coston skills, expertise and knowledge.

Ms. Michell S. Valenzuela, Senior Financial Analyst

Currently attends DePaul University to secure a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2019. She worked as an Analytics Intern at Spencer Stuart and Finance and Accounting at Hu-Friedy. She fluently speaks Spanish and English, with amazing Microsoft application skills and exceptional problem solver and communication skills. Michell is passionate about presenting those skills to contribute in aiding CFCHO’s mission in her role and utilize a forward-thinking approach to share new ideas for the enhancement of communities.

Ms. Madena Bishop, Director of Operations

Executive Director of Employment Lifeline, which is a non-for-profit organization, changing the lives of people. Madena has been in operations since July 2012. They are committed to assisting returning citizens with transitional services such as post-release mentoring, housing, education, and job-readiness training for adults and juvenile offenders. Working to change the lives of men and women in Chicago, and preparing the youth to become productive citizens. Madena and her team are building families and enhancing the lives of all who come in contact with us. Working to provide teenagers and young adults jobs. Deeply invested in the community. The only way to see change in our communities, and curb some of the violence is to get our citizens back to work. Our vision is to open up businesses and warehouses to employ returning citizens back into a productive lifestyle and employment.

Mr. Verne Brooks Jr., Director of Sports Programs

Mr. Verne Brooks Jr., Director of Sports Programs, Has an Associate degree in San Diego, California. Verne is a superior sports athletic person, who is driven with a passion and desire to teach children his transparent skills that has molded him to become a responsible and productive citizen of today. Verne is a forward-thinker, creating amazing ideals to create programs that have been proven in the past to aid in the development of many children’s lives and a valuable asset to parents and the community as a whole.

Ms. Martha Washington, Senior Administrative

Martha has more than 15 years of professional Secretarial administrative roles in hospitals throughout Chicago. She has been responsible for sensitive data, coordinating services with patients and clinicians via effective communication. Her role is crucial to the organization in ensuring compliance are maintained and documented; while meeting notes are documented, coordinating group sessions, addressing document inquires internally and externally. Amazing value to the organization in which contributes to the growth of the organization.
