Welcome, Children and Family Comprehensive Health Outreach (CFCHO), non-profit organization, 501(c)(3). Our strength is built on an Amazing Team of professionals, who are dedicated and determined individuals, a grass-root organization commissioned with a passion to make changes in lives we touch.
Our Greatest Strength is our amazing team, our non-exhaustive services provided to the communities, relationships with international non-profit organizations and local organizations designed to empower women and children by changing lives.
Our mission is to support and enhance communities via sports, education, job training and health initiatives in regards to awareness and prevention within the discipline of children and family in every service facet. We are committed to working with health organizations, public agencies, as well as individuals, to develop partnerships resulting in quality programming and good public policy making based on accurate information regarding health disparities. This mission is served through activities that include the dissemination of vital health care information to under-served communities.
CFCHO is designed as a community-based initiative to provide housing, job training, education, and variety of healthcare resources to low-income and disadvantaged children and families is our continual goal. Our ultimate mission is to position families to become self-reliant, commit to creating an environment that maximizes understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as well as it’s wellness benefits via private funding, grant funding, resources and programs.
Accept all types of donations from clothes, shoes, toys, coats, educational products, in-kind services, children sports gears, basketballs, gym-shoes, laptops, vehicle, etc. These donations will be applied towards our programs; and to help children and families in need. CFCHO understands the YOUTH has the power and drive to make changes. They are the true leaders in this world, creating footprints among other aspiring individuals in rebuilding and reshaping a better community. Give them the right tools and guidance and watch magic happens.
