2. Course Fees and Payment

  • Fees are non-refundable after the first week of class unless the course is canceled by the organization.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, money order, or certified check.

3. Technology Requirements

  • Students must have reliable access to a computer or tablet, internet connection, and a valid email address.
  • The course may require use of specific platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, or a Learning Management System).
  • Technical support is limited to course-related platforms and materials.

4. Attendance and Participation

  • Students are expected to log in for all scheduled live sessions and complete assignments by posted deadlines.
  • More than two unexcused absences from live sessions may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
  • Participation in discussion boards, quizzes, and virtual activities is required.

5. Course Materials

  • Digital course materials will be provided or specified prior to the start of the course.
  • Students are responsible for downloading, printing (if needed), and organizing their materials.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior in all online interactions.
  • Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior in live sessions, forums, or chats may result in removal from the course.
  • Recording or sharing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Certification and Completion

  • A certificate of completion will be awarded to students who meet all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.
  • Completion of the course does not guarantee employment or certification by external agencies.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative and educational purposes.
  • Children and Family Comprehensive Health Outreach, Inc. will not share student data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of cancellation, students will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future session.

  • Students are responsible for their own equipment and internet access.
