Mr. Verne Brooks, Jr.

Our Program Director, Mr. Verne Brooks Jr., spearheads all of our sports programs, mainly in California. He is the ideal role model to cultivate children’s learning abilities.Mr. Brooks has an accumulation of nine years of experience in teaching children fundamental skills by coaching at elementary and middle schools; and experienced working with pre-teen and teens to enhanced their skills with the goal to improve behavior and instill the importance of discipline and teamwork. He has worked with several sport franchises and YMCAs helping children develop leadership skills, communication skills, and demonstrate teamwork as an inspiration in their growth. He takes pride in witnessing a transformation in their behavior, which inspires them to greatness.

Programs by Mr. Brooks

Mr. Brooks continue to create amazing programs, specifically and strategically to aid in accomplishing children’s goals and aspiration in life by identifying their weakness and building teamwork. Coaching is a passive opportunity for Verne to give back the learned, transferable skills he acquired as a youngster. He has confirmed that effective coaching has the ability to develop leadership skills, communication skills, demonstrate teamwork with an inspiration to further ones growth. Verne attest to growing up playing and mastering skills in variety of sports from elementary to junior high has molded him to discover an experience beyond sports.

CFCHO welcomes Mr. Brooks to the organization. Our passion is to target children, especially those who cannot afford to engage in our activities for various reasons. And we are thankful for Mr. Brooks being another valuable assets to the organization.
